This weeks challenge was a little harder than the first two weeks! I'm excited to be doing this challenge though, because it is really stretching my creative abilities.

He Remains

Psalm 102:26-27
They will perish, but you will remain;they will all wear out like a garment.You will change them like a robe, and they will pass away, but you are the same, and your years have no end.

As a Christian this verse is comforting to me. So many wicked things happen in the world we live in. To know that Christ remains and that he will never pass away is the greatest comfort I can have! Things of this earth will lose vibrancy and rot but Jesus Christ is the same. Nothing earthly will ever replace or compare to Christ. He Remains.

 I love spending time with my younger brother Ben. Today we went out to run some errands. All the snow was melting, and the fields looked so neat with the little mounds of snow contrasting the dark dirt. I got out to take some pictures on the way back and realized I needed a picture for this week. I asked Ben if I could take some of him and WOW he agreed! : ) So this is my interpretation of the quote “Two is company, four is a party, three is a crowd. One is a wanderer.”  ― James Thurber

I don't believe many people appreciate the beauty of gloomy days. Rain coming down in soft tip toeing fashion or rushing, powerful. Clouds soft,gray or dark, thrilling. The wind in all of it's beauty. These days make make me stop and slow down. Make me think,feel close, feel alive. Days like this remind me to Live to LIVE.
